Temple Beth Tikvah’s informal youth education is our Youth Group programs. Our youth groups are designed to provide social opportunities for our students, while teaching them more about their religious education and Tikkun Olam (volunteer opportunities). TBT has four youth groups: ICETY (grades 9-12), Gesher (grades 6-8), and Garin (grades 3-5) and Galim (grades K-2).
ICETY (9th – 12th) provides teens of TBT the opportunity to explore their Jewish identity, become involved with community service and socialize with other Jewish teens. ICETY is led by a peer leadership board and is supervised by the Youth advisor. Members of ICETY also have the opportunity to attend regional youth group events through NFTY (North American Federation of Temple Youth) connecting TBT students with Jewish teens from across North America.
