I would like to recognize and thank Denise Schwartz, Dafna Gutterman, and Sarah Budeshtsky for all their hard work in coordinating our Neshot Tikvah Shabbat on Friday January 21. Everything was absolutely perfect and I received many complements on the service.
Congratulations to our 2012 Woman of the Year, Sophia Litt! Sophia does so much for Neshot Tikvah and for our Temple; she truly deserves this award. There will be a luncheon in the Spring to celebrate Sophia.
Our February board meeting will be our next general meeting, which will include a short program. Please save the date of February 27 and plan to join us at the Temple at 7:00 PM. More details will be available soon.
It is time once again to put together a nominating committee for next year’s board. I hope you will consider joining the committee to help recruit talent to lead Neshot Tikvah next year. If you are interested in the committee or a board position for next year, please contact me or any other board member.
